A little idea that became something very special

Hi, I’m Sue.

I started The Slumber Boutique in 2016 after seeing a children’s sleepover party in the UK and thinking, why aren’t we doing this in Brisbane? So I decided to give it a go.

In those early days I designed the tents, my family helped build them, and I spent countless hours creating the little details that would make each sleepover feel special.

Ten years later, we’re still a family-run Brisbane business, and I’m still constantly dreaming up new themes, finding beautiful pieces and thinking about how I can make the next setup even better.

We’ve watched trends come and go, children grow up and families return to us again for another celebration, and I don’t take that for granted.
